Kim Victoria Cattrall (born August 21 1956) is an actor from Canada, British. best known for her role as Samantha Jones in the HBO show Sex and the City for which she received five Emmy Award nominations and four Golden Globe Award nominations winning the 2002 Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress. In 2008 and 2010, she reprised the role in the movies Sex and the City and Sex and the City 2. Her other notable roles include her role as the lead in the 1980s films Police Academy Big Trouble in Little China Mannequin and Porky's. Kim Cattrall's character on the HBO TV sitcom Sex & the City is the most memorable. Cattrall is a well-known actress who's role as Samantha Jones in the popular TV sitcom Sex and The City marked a pivotal moment in her career. This sitcom made Cattrall a star not just among the local audience and internationally. Anita Ekberg...................Anita Ekberg was a Swedish actress who appeared in several European as well as American films. She is mostly known for her role in the comedy drama movie La Dolce Vita. The film received an Oscar as well as the Golden Palm in Cannes Film Festival of 1960. It was also both critically and commercially popular and critically acclaimed. Before beginning her acting profession as a model, she worked as a Swedish fashion model. She eventually won the Miss Sweden contest. When she emigrated to the US and was featured in numerous movies as a minor role and her career began to take off. The first role she was credited with was in the film Abbott and Costello Go to Mars in which she was the role of a Venusian guard. She soon won the Golden Globe award in the Most Promising Newcomer category after her appearance in the film Blood Alley.
